At Overtone, we want you to love your hair color results. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible products.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
